Our mission is to build a thriving, supportive community of Postpartum Doulas united in their commitment to nurturing new families across all cultural, socioeconomic, and identity backgrounds. We believe that exceptional postpartum care grows from the strength of connection – both among Doulas and with the families they serve. Through culturally responsive, evidence-based education and collaborative learning, we create a powerful network of birth + parenting professionals who lift each other up while supporting families through their fourth trimester journey.

•  Delivering comprehensive, evidence-based education in a collaborative setting that encourages sharing of diverse perspectives and experiences
•  Fostering deep, lasting connections among Doulas who share knowledge, experience, and support throughout their careers
•  Building sustainable support networks that extend beyond training and empowering Doulas to create their own circles of support within their communities

•  Championing racial justice and equity in perinatal care by actively addressing systemic barriers that impact birth, postpartum, and lactation outcomes in marginalized communities
• Advocating for equitable access to quality postpartum support for all families, regardless of race, ethnicity, income, immigration status, sexual orientation, or gender identity

Through our community-focused approach to training, we aspire to transform postpartum care by nurturing not just individual Doulas, but a connected, collaborative movement of Perinatal professionals who support each other in providing holistic, compassionate, and evidence-based care to new families. We recognize that meaningful postpartum support must acknowledge and address the historical and ongoing inequities in maternal and infant health outcomes. Together, we grow stronger, learn deeper, and serve better, while working toward a world where every family receives culturally affirming, dignified care during their postpartum journey.
